Basar is a lovely valley in the region of Thorsmork, Iceland. It can be found between the Hvannargil gorge and the River Hruna. The area is very scenic, and popular with walkers. It is right next to Mount Rettarfell and the Langidalur Valley – both wonderful areas to explore. An area of housing and accommodation was built here for people to stay in.
