One of the best known landmarks on the coastline of north western Iceland are the Drangaskord Pinnacles. These can be found to the north of Drangavik Cove, near Mount Skardafjall. The five (although some count seven) pinnacles jut out into the ocean and can be seen from miles around. If you are on land, it is worth walking through the pass (when accessible) to visit them at close quarters, though this is best arranged in good weather.
