Fransmenn a Islandi is the Frenchmen in Iceland museum in Faskrudsfjordur (Budir) in eastern Iceland. This tells the story of the French seamen who settled here between 1800 and 1914. There are many artefacts, photographs and other displays showing the history of these people, and those who sadly died at sea here. The museum is open from June to August and has an admission fee.
