The Geršuberg Cultural Center opened in 1983 and aims to be educational, informative, entertaining and innovative in different areas of culture. The centre houses different types of art and also includes the performing arts with concerts and theatre performances, lectures, and conferences. For those who enjoy interactive learning the centre also organizes workshops for children, educational courses and art classes including book binding, glass cutting and wood carving. The centre is also the base for a local choir and band.
