Höfn Church is a Lutheran church which was consecrated in 1966. It was designed by Mr. Ragnar Emils and built by Gudmundur Jonsson. Inside the beautiful font for baptisms was carved by artist Johann Bjornsson and donated to the church in memory of those from Höfn who were lost at sea when fishing vessel Sigurfari went down in 1971. The church seats 200 and is also used as a meeting hall for the town. The stained glass window is German and the organ was built in 1996 in Denmark.
