Hveragerđi has a geothermal swimming pool on Laugaskarđi. It is an open air pool and has an entrance fee, and all of the usual cleanliness rules prevalent in Iceland. The situation is lovely, alongside the Varma river. In the summer it is very popular. Other amenities include a steam room and massaging hot pot. These are constructed directly over a natural hot spring. Hveragerđi Swimming Pool is open daily.
