Lindarbakki is a house in the town of Bakkagerdi. It is a favourite sight in the town, although it is not open to the public. The house is entirely covered in green grass, and has red walls underneath. It is commonly referred to as the country’s ‘hairiest house’! Lindarbakki was built in 1899, and is still a private residence, although visitors can read information about its history on a board outside.
