Nátúrrugripsafniđ in Olafsfjordur is the town’s natural history museum. It is a small museum, but nevertheless has a number of interesting items on display. There are stuffed animals and birds, including seals and a polar bear. All of the region’s species are claimed to be on display. The museum is open from June to August and has a small entrance fee.
