Patreksfjöđur is the largest village of the Latrabjarg Peninsula, although that is still not very big. The village has all of the amenities you’d need, including a service station, eateries and accommodation. The only attraction of note in the town is a geothermally heated swimming pool, which is quite pleasant. Patreksfjöđur’s setting at the edge of the fjord is another big selling point.
