Salurinn Concert Hall is the first specially designed concert hall in Icleand, and was opened at the beginning of 1999. Special focus was placed on ensuring the acoustics were the best possible, and they are highly regarded by both performers and audiences. The concert hall has a choice of two grand pianos for performances, and exceptional quality speakers for the performance of electronic music. The hall seats 300 guests with good disabled facilities. Rooms are also available for hire for meetings and conferences, and there is a lobby bar.
