Sel is a traditional turf-roofed farmhouse in the Skaftafell National Park in southern Iceland. It was built in 1912 and is set in a stunning landscape. Many people come here just to take a photo of the house with the hills around as a backdrop, or take in the views down to the sea. The farmhouse is open to the public, who can look around the traditional interior and have a rest from hiking.
