The Skatfell Cultural Centre is situated in the town of Seyðisfjörður. It is a place for both tourists and local people to enjoy, with something for everyone. The centre has an exhibition hall which frequently holds art exhibitions, concerts and writers evenings. There is a place for visiting artists to display and talk about their work. The building is a Norwegian-style house which dates from the beginning of the 20th century. Inside is also one of the towns nicest cafés. =
