Sudurbaejarlaug swimming pool in Reykjavik is a pool heated by constant stream of water heated by natural geothermal energy. The flow of water means that the pool is not filtered or purified with chemicals, but because of this strict hygiene rules are enforced before entry into the pool. The outdoor pool is 25 meters long and there is also an indoor pool which is 12.5 meters long. Other facilities include water slide, hot pots, steam bath, gym and solarium.
