Tálknafjörđur is a village on the Latrabjarg Peninsula, in western Iceland. The village has all of the amenities you’d need, including a service station, eateries and accommodation.
It also has a tourist information office which operates during the busier summer months. The only attraction in the town is an outdoor swimming pool, which is heated by a geothermal outlet nearby. It has an entrance fee and is open year-round.
