Urriđafoss is a waterfall near Austur-Flói. Although lacking in height compared to Iceland’s other great waterfalls, this one is notable due to the sheer quantity and power of the water passing over it. 360 cubic metres of water powers over Urridafoss every second. Despite the power, the waterfall is in a beautiful setting and is relatively unknown to the tourist hoards. To reach Urriđafoss follow signs from the Ring Road.
